When you buy a template or tool, we collect your email address, name, and billing information to process the purchase and deliver your license key. We don't require an account, and we don't collect usage data from the code you run after purchase — once it's yours, it runs on your own infrastructure and we have no visibility into it.
2. How We Use It
Your data is used to process payment, deliver your license key and download instructions, and send purchase-related notifications (like renewal reminders for an optional updates subscription). We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.
3. Data Retention
Purchase and license records are retained for as long as needed to honor license verification and update-eligibility requests, and as required for tax and accounting purposes.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for security. With your consent, we may use analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can accept or decline optional cookies via the banner on first visit. Your choice is stored locally and can be recorded for compliance audit via our consent API.
5. Third-Party Processors
We use Stripe for payment processing and Resend for transactional email (license delivery and purchase confirmations). Each processor is contractually bound to protect your data.
7. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any timethrough our contact page. We will respond within 30 days.
