Terms of Service

Last updated: August 12, 2026

1. Service Description

Flomisma sells one-time software licenses for Next.js templates and self-hosted attestation tools (collectively, the “Products”), and publishes MIT and BSL-licensed open-source primitives. Use of a purchased Product is governed by these terms and the license terms delivered with it.

2. License Keys

You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. A license key identifies your purchase for support and update-eligibility purposes — it does not grant access to any Flomisma-hosted service.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense a purchased Product's source code except as permitted by its license (MIT or BSL 1.1, as specified per template). You may not use a Product for illegal activity or to infringe on others' rights.

4. Payment & Billing

Products are sold as one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Major version updates for a template are available as an optional annual add-on, billed separately at checkout or from your license email; declining it does not affect your right to keep and use the version you already own.

5. Limitation of Liability

Flomisma provides the Products on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flomisma disclaims all warranties and liability for damages arising from use of a Product, including any application you build and deploy with it.

7. Contact

Questions about these terms can be directed to our contact page.
