Flomisma operates programmable trust infrastructure for marketplaces and AI agent commerce: relay transport (zero-persistence), settlement ledger (off-chain system of record), pipeline integrity (tamper-evident dispute lifecycle), and agent settlement (structured proof + policies).

Moat
Cryptographic third-party verification (pipelineRootHash, public /verifier, daily Ed25519 attestation). Competitors may offer escrow UI or on-chain vaults; few provide offline-verifiable pipeline proofs without exposing evidence payloads.
Agent settlement (PayAG-class)
Four-call API: create → prove → verify → settle. Deterministic plugins (minimum_rows_v1, file_hash_match) auto-release when policy passes; HITL for the rest. No on-chain escrow as system of record.
Revenue
API-metered relay, settlement ledger, escrow tiers, marketplace-in-a-box, compliance API, templates (Gumroad). Enterprise vault and protocol license via field-of-use operators.
